not picking up exported key variables

cloud command does not appear to be using the exported key vars
1 export AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID=AAAAAAAAAABBBBBB 2 export
AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY=NRLSKDM@$$/4$%%NNNSN
I had to put the values (obiously not those) in my spec to have it work

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
It's no longer those values:
AWS_ACCESS_KEY AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY
are the values. That's based on aws's keys, so you only have to add it once.
